Objective feedback plays a very important role both in the development of the company and in promoting the professional and personal growth of everyone. With its help, it is possible to identify the employee’s strengths, as well as to determine the areas in which improvement is needed. Within the framework of the training, it will be possible to strengthen theoretical knowledge and gain practical skills by performing various tasks related to providing feedback.
