Course target
Promote both the improvement of knowledge and skills in working with Microsoft 365, and to create an understanding of how, using Microsoft 365 Apps, to increase the productivity of employees, to share information in order to perform daily duties even more effectively.
Audience
Computer users who want to thoroughly learn the new functionality of Microsoft Apps.
Prerequisites
Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Windows.
Training materials
Electronic learning materials are available in the Microsoft Learn learning environment. Access to the environment is 180 days after starting the course.

Various tricks – Word, Excel, PowerPoint 365 (6 hrs)
- Microsoft 365 Word

Using OneNote to take notes (3 hrs)
- Creating a new note, section and subsection
- Inserting and formatting note content
- Inserting information into notes from external sources, programs
- Share and sync notes
- Copying text from an image
- Transferring Outlook meeting content and description to OneNote
- Creating Outlook tasks in OneNote
- Adding icons (tags) to tasks, categorizing tasks
- Copying a link to a section or note and sending it to Outlook
- Add a password to OneNote
