Internal communication and psychological climate in the organization
The training is suitable for anyone who wants to improve their knowledge in the field of internal communication, learning its basic principles, types, main processes, gaining even more confidence in their abilities. - Internal communication and the role of management in the implementation of effective internal communication;
- Internal communication types, levels, channels, evaluation options;
- Internal communication promoting open, cooperative and positive psychological microclimate;
- Internal communication as a tool for inspiring, involving and building mutual trust;
- Internal communication barriers;
- Levels of employee engagement, competition or cooperation;
- Internal communication problems: conflicts, gossip, dislike, crises. Acceptance of differences;
- Self-regulation. The most typical mistakes that hinder effective internal communication;
- Internal communication and personal responsibility/development.
If necessary, the training topics can be adapted according to the needs and interests of the employees of the particular organization.
