Prosci® Change Management Fundamentals
This one-day training provides a comprehensive overview of the Prosci® change management framework and approach. Under the guidance of an experienced instructor, the 5 main principles of change management for a specific project or change initiative are discussed within the course, thereby promoting understanding and improving the necessary skills for implementing change management in your organization.
