Project Management Fundamentals
This is an introductory course in project management, which will allow you to understand the main principles of project planning, monitoring and control. The participants of the training will have the opportunity to gain insight into the key indicators that the project manager needs to pay attention to.
Course target
To give project managers (with little experience in this field) an idea of the basic principles of project management.
Audience
Project managers, project team members with or without little prior knowledge in project management.
At course completion you will be able to
- Plan and control the project timeline and cost budget;
- Work with the project team, resources and subcontractors;
- Identify project risks and monitor its quality;
- Organize effective project communication.
