Agile Scrum for the Development Team
During the training, it is possible to learn the Agile project management methodology and the Scrum project management framework, understanding the role and importance of the development team in various projects.

Uldis Kuplis is a project manager in software development, maintenance and migration projects. The lecturer has 25 years of experience in the software development industry, implementing various software development projects - as a programmer, analyst, head of the software development department, project manager, IT Development Director, Scrum Master or Scrum Product Owner or simply as a consultant.
Course target
Promote understanding of the development team’s role in projects, as well as prepare software developers to work in an Agile Scrum project.
Audience
Software developers.
At course completion you will be able to
- Understand the differences between Agile Scrum and other project management frameworks;
- Understand Agile Scrum terminology;
- Know the flow of Agile Scrum processes and estimate labor intensity with several methods;
- Know and understand the duties and responsibilities of Agile Scrum development team members, including product owners and Scrum Masters.
