  • Internal communication and the role of management in the implementation of effective internal communication;
  • Internal communication types, levels, channels, evaluation options;
  • Internal communication promoting open, cooperative and positive psychological microclimate;
  • Internal communication as a tool for inspiring, involving and building mutual trust;
  • Internal communication barriers;
  • Levels of employee engagement, competition or cooperation;
  • Internal communication problems: conflicts, gossip, dislike, crises. Acceptance of differences;
  • Self-regulation. The most typical mistakes that hinder effective internal communication;
  • Internal communication and personal responsibility/development.
