Microsoft 365 Fundamentals
An opportunity to learn more about Microsoft 365, an integrated cloud platform designed to improve productivity and provide secure cloud services. As part of the training, it will be possible to learn basic knowledge related to the use of cloud services and software as a service (SaaS) in the company. In the training, you will learn the basics of the cloud, including an overview of cloud computing, get to know Microsoft 365 and learn how its solutions can promote productivity, improve collaboration and communication among company employees. Also, in the course you will learn how security, compliance and confidentiality are implemented in Microsoft 365, what are Microsoft 365 subscriptions, licenses, billing and support options.

Course target
Develop knowledge of cloud computing and Microsoft Azure fundamentals, including topics such as: cloud computing models, Azure services, security, privacy, compliance, and pricing. The aim of the course is to promote understanding of the benefits of cloud computing and the use of services for business development needs.

IT professionals whose task is to:
- deploy and manage cloud services within the organization;
- gain basic knowledge about cloud computing;
- implement cloud services in the organization.

- Describe identities, including cloud, on-premises, and hybrid identities.
- Describe cloud device management and security, including using Intune.
- Describe data protection, including the use of Azure Information Protection.
- Describe general compliance and individual Microsoft 365 compliance features.
- Describe Microsoft 365 subscriptions, licenses, billing, and support.
Prerequisites
- General knowledge and understanding or practical experience working in an IT environment.
- General (sales level) experience with relevant Microsoft on-premise products such as Exchange Server, SharePoint, Office Professional, AD RMS and others.
- Experience in addressing IT business, legal and/or security requirements.
Training materials
Training materials available on Microsoft Learn environment. Access to the practical work environment is 180 days after the start of studies.
Certification Exam
MS-900: Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (the exam fee is already included in the course price).
