This course aims to help you enhance productivity and collaboration by effectively utilizing Microsoft 365 Copilot across applications like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and more. You’ll learn to craft clear, goal-oriented prompts and apply real-world examples to simplify, transform, and create content effortlessly.

This course is intended for all users working with Microsoft 365 Copilot.

After completing the course, students will be able to:

• Craft effective and goal-oriented prompts for Microsoft 365 Copilot to achieve desired outcomes.
• Utilize Microsoft 365 Copilot across apps like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, and OneNote to simplify and streamline tasks.
• Apply real-world scenarios to transform and compile content efficiently.
• Enhance productivity by understanding how to provide clear context, goals, and expectations in their prompts.
• Maximize the use of Microsoft 365 tools to improve collaboration and workflow.

• Students should have basic functional experience with Microsoft 365 services.
• Learners should be familiar with working in Microsoft 365 apps like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Students must have access to a Microsoft 365 subscription (BYOS) in which they’re licensed to use Microsoft 365 Copilot.
• Students must also have a Microsoft OneDrive account, since Copilot requires OneDrive to complete the file sharing tasks used throughout the course.

Students will use materials prepared in the Microsoft Learn environment.

This course does not include a certification exam.
