The essence of communication and the possibilities of its improvement in everyday and working life
Everything is based on communication. Without it, everyday life, communication with fellow human beings and the performance of work duties, successfully achieving all set goals, are unthinkable. Knowledge and skills in the field of communication must be regularly strengthened, so that it is possible to improve not only professionally, but also in personal spheres of life. As part of the training, we offer to learn communication methods, barriers, learn from the most common mistakes and much more. These lessons are valuable for employees of all organizations, regardless of their position.
Course target
Improving knowledge and skills about:
- communication – its processes, types, barriers, peculiarities, feedback, etc. c. aspects;
- recognition and elimination of communication errors;
- improving communication skills when working with various contact partners (clients/colleagues/representatives of other organizations, etc.);
- awareness of one’s personal responsibility in improving the communication process.

- Types of communication, their advantages and disadvantages, conditions of use;
- Importance of listening in communication;
- Contact position in communication, communication barriers;
- Communication and the internal climate of the organization (structural unit);
- Challenges in communication when working remotely;
- Assumptions, opinions, facts, weak and strong arguments in communication;
